1. Services offered
Lina Massage SPA offers four professional massage services: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Oil Relaxing Massage, and Stress Relief Massage. All services are provided by trained massage therapists in private rooms with proper draping. Session lengths are 30 minutes ($50) or 60 minutes ($60), flat rate. We do not offer any services beyond these four. Inappropriate requests will be declined immediately and the guest will be asked to leave without refund.
2. Walk-in policy
We accept walk-in guests during business hours (8 AM to midnight, seven days a week). No appointment is required. Wait times during peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings, weekday 6-8 PM) may extend to 15-20 minutes; we provide honest wait estimates at check-in. Guests can hold a private room ahead of arrival by sending an estimated arrival time through our website chat. Held rooms are reserved for 15 minutes past the stated arrival time.
3. Pricing and payment
All sessions are flat rate: $50 for 30 minutes, $60 for 60 minutes, applicable to all four services. Payment is due at the conclusion of each session. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks. We do not offer memberships, packages, or recurring billing. Tipping is voluntary and entirely at the guest's discretion.
4. Health and safety
Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, recent injuries, current medications (especially blood thinners), pregnancy, or other health considerations that may affect massage suitability. We are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose conditions. Some health conditions may require consultation with a doctor before massage is appropriate. We reserve the right to decline service if disclosed health information indicates massage is not appropriate.
Massage is not a substitute for medical care. Guests with diagnosed conditions should consult their physician before receiving massage. Guests experiencing acute pain, sudden symptoms, or unexplained physical issues should see a doctor before visiting our spa.
5. Code of conduct
All sessions take place in private rooms with proper draping per professional massage standards. Inappropriate behavior, requests for services beyond our menu, or violations of professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session and removal from the spa without refund. Our therapists are trained professionals and we maintain a respectful working environment.
Guests are expected to treat staff with respect, arrive in reasonable hygienic condition, and follow basic spa etiquette. Repeated violations of these expectations may result in a request to discontinue future visits.
6. Children
Our services are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not provide massage services to minors. Guests must be 18 or older to receive services.
7. Cancellation and no-show
We do not charge cancellation fees or no-show penalties. Walk-in visits require no commitment until you arrive. Held rooms (via chat) require no deposit and incur no penalty for changes — simply send another note to update your timing. If a guest fails to show after holding a room, the room is released after the 15-minute hold period and made available for walk-ins.
8. Personal belongings
Each private room has space for personal items during the session. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, but our staff watch out for guest belongings as part of normal operations. Valuable items should remain at home or in your vehicle when possible.
9. Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion, particularly for: behavior that makes staff uncomfortable, intoxication, requests outside our service menu, suspected health conditions for which massage is not appropriate, or violation of basic conduct expectations. Refunds are not provided when service is refused for behavior reasons.
10. Liability and indemnification
Massage is generally safe for healthy adults but carries some inherent physical engagement risk. By receiving services, guests acknowledge that they have disclosed relevant health information and assume reasonable risk of physical engagement. Our liability is limited to the cost of the session received. We carry standard professional insurance.
